Who Is The Richest Person In The World?

Many people throughout the world would acknowledge Elon Musk as the wealthiest person in the world today. However, God's word clearly states that King Solomon was and is the richest person to have ever lived with a net worth of many trillions of dollars in today's market value. It is interesting to note in 2 Chronicles 1:7 God asked King Solomon “What shall I give you?” King Solomon did not ask for wealth and power as most people would do today, but rather he asked for wisdom and knowledge. God not only granted him wisdom but also massive wealth, power and great honor among all nations throughout the world. As stated in 2 Chronicles 1:12, “wisdom and knowledge have been granted to you. And I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings who were before you has possessed nor those who will come after you.”

There will be people who will not agree that King Solomon was the richest person to have ever lived in the world. It is important to understand that God Himself is all powerful, all knowing, and ever present. If you do not agree with the absolute authority of God and His Word as stated in the Bible, then you are guilty of a grievous sin in doubting His supreme sovereignty over all events in time including your own life. As stated in Mark 12:29-30, "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength."
